Apartamento foi renovado há 3 anos, com substituição detodas as janelas, dando grande conforto térmico e total isolamento acústico. Também se transformou integralmente a cozinha, usando oespaço de forma prática e com eletrodomésticos de alta gama: máquina de lavarlouça Bosch, frigorífico Miele, exaustor, placa de indução e forno. Com esta obra, conseguiu-se tornar a casa mais confortável eprática, prescindindo de gás (tudo é elétrico) - foi colocado umtermoacumulador para a água quente na cozinha e casa de banho - mas mantendo asmadeiras originais do apartamento, de forma a respeitar a sua traça. O apartamento tem o pé direito alto, grande sensação deespaço e luz. Além disso, graças à exposição solar (nascente-poente) e àquantidade de janelas, tem muita luz durante todo o dia. Foram colocados novos armários à medida no quarto principal,bem como se substituiu todos os interruptores, sendo agora de autoria Álvaro Siza. A sala tem boas áreas e vista para o Tejo. A cozinha e o quarto principal têm acesso direto à varanda,onde se encontra a lavandaria (equipada com máquina de lavar roupa Bosch) e oestendal. A fachada a tardoz foi totalmente renovada há 2 anos, tendosido mudado o chão, pintura e reforçado o varandim. Na varanda tem um toldo e cadeirão para aproveitar os finaisde tarde ao sol. The apartment was renovated 3 years ago, with all thewindows replaced, providing great thermal and acoustic comfort. The kitchen was also completely transformed, using the spacein a practical way and with high-end appliances: Bosch dishwasher, Mielerefrigerator, extractor fan, induction hob and oven. With this work, it was possible to make the house morecomfortable and practical, away with gas (everything is electric) - a waterheater was installed for hot water in the kitchen and bathroom - butmaintaining the apartment's original woodwork, in order to respect its design. The apartment has high ceilings, a great feeling of spaceand light. Furthermore, thanks to the sun exposure (east-west) and thenumber of windows, there is plenty of light all day long. New custom cabinets were installed in the master bedroom, aswell as all the switches were replaced, designed by Siza Vieira. The living room has good areas and views of the Tagus River. The kitchen and master bedroom have direct access to thebalcony, where the laundry room is (equipped with a Bosch washing machine). The rear façade was completely renovated 2 years ago, withthe flooring and painting being changed and the balcony reinforced.
