How listing with Casza works

1. Submit the property

Add the core property facts, asking price, location, description and real property photos.

2. Casza reviews it

We review submissions for completeness, source identity and suitability before publication.

3. Approved listings can be discovered

Approved listings can appear in Casza search and market discovery experiences, subject to ongoing availability review.

Brokerage, developer or portfolio?

For multiple listings, ask about an authorized XML, JSON, CSV or API feed instead of submitting properties one at a time.

Search by building/property name and address, select a suggestion or move the pin to the exact building. Your confirmation helps our reviewers but does not approve or publish the listing.

Click the map, drag the pin, or enter coordinates. City-center suggestions are never treated as a confirmed building location.
