For authorized agencies and agents
Casza gives legitimate brokerages and agents a reviewed path into international property discovery. Submit an individual listing at no charge, or discuss a maintained portfolio feed when you can supply stable identifiers, current availability, and authorized media.
Submission and discussion do not guarantee acceptance, publication, inquiries, or sales.
Eligible listings can meet buyers exploring markets, lifestyles, and current properties across borders.
Casza retains supplier and listing provenance so published inventory, inquiries, and later updates can be traced to the authorized source.
For larger inventories, Casza can review a feed workflow with mapping, duplicate control, media checks, updates, and delisting support.
Casza reviews the supplier as well as the property. Inventory must be current, accurately represented, and supplied by someone authorized to market it.
Use the public form for one property. Contact Casza first for multiple listings, recurring exports, or a feed.
Casza reviews authorization, property quality, location, media, duplicates, and the proposed update mechanism.
Publication remains an administrator decision. Visible inventory retains its source and must be kept current.
The public form is ready for individual properties. Portfolio and feed onboarding begins with a technical and authorization review; it is not a self-service import promise.
Casza can discuss these exchange formats when they match an approved supplier workflow:
Individual listing submission is currently free. Any feed service, referral arrangement, paid distribution, or other commercial relationship is separate, documented, and subject to applicable agreements. Casza does not guarantee inquiries or transactions.
A property owner or a brokerage, agent, or portfolio representative with the authority to market the property and permit Casza to display the submitted content.
No. Every submission is reviewed. Casza may request more information, reject a submission, or withhold publication when authorization, accuracy, media, location, or availability cannot be established.
Yes, Casza can discuss CSV, XML, JSON, secure API, or authorized SFTP intake. Feed activation follows authorization, mapping, deduplication, preview, and update/removal testing.
Where routing is available, inquiries are associated with the relevant property and routed to an authorized contact. Exact routing, follow-up, and any commercial terms are confirmed during supplier onboarding.
Use the reviewed property form for one listing, or contact Casza before sending a larger portfolio or recurring feed.
