For residential developers
Give international buyers a clearer path from market research to current residential inventory. Casza reviews each supplier and property before publication, preserves source provenance, and can discuss maintained portfolio delivery when one-at-a-time submission is no longer practical.
Submission and discussion do not guarantee acceptance, publication, inquiries, or sales.
Eligible inventory can appear beside Casza's international search, destination research, and property discovery experiences.
Location, media rights, source authorization, completeness, and duplication are reviewed before a property becomes consumer-visible.
Begin with one property, then discuss a maintained portfolio or feed using the ingestion capabilities Casza actually supports.
Casza reviews the supplier as well as the property. Inventory must be current, accurately represented, and supplied by someone authorized to market it.
Submit one representative property through the public form, or discuss a portfolio/feed when inventory is recurring or multi-unit.
Casza checks source identity, rights, property data, images, location, duplication, and publication readiness.
An authorized administrator controls publication. Approved inventory can become discoverable and must remain current.
The public form is ready for individual properties. Portfolio and feed onboarding begins with a technical and authorization review; it is not a self-service import promise.
Casza can discuss these exchange formats when they match an approved supplier workflow:
Casza will distinguish free individual submission from any contracted integration, distribution, referral, or commercial arrangement. Lead ownership, routing, service levels, fees, and jurisdiction-specific terms are agreed in writing when applicable.
No. Casza reviews inventory for potential publication and discovery, but does not guarantee acceptance, traffic, inquiries, introductions, or transactions.
Casza can review project-level context and individual unit inventory. For multiple units or recurring availability, discuss a maintained feed before sending files.
Where inquiry routing is operational, Casza attributes the inquiry to the relevant listing and routes it to the appropriate authorized party. Routing and response expectations are confirmed during onboarding.
Submitting an individual property is currently free. Portfolio distribution, integrations, referrals, or other commercial services require a separate written agreement; Casza does not imply a fee or commission before one exists.
Use the reviewed property form for one listing, or contact Casza before sending a larger portfolio or recurring feed.
